Mechanism of action: Function:
Glucose oxidase is an aerobic dehydrogenase, easily soluble in water, insoluble in organic solvents, and has stable enzyme activity. It can catalyze the degradation of glucose in the intestine under aerobic conditions to produce gluconic acid and hydrogen peroxide. With the removal of oxygenin the intestine and the accumulation of hydrogen peroxide concentration, the growth of harmful bacteria is inhibited, the integrity of intestinal epithelial cells is protected, and the invasion of coccidia and pathogenic bacteria is inhibited; the generated gluconic acid acts as an acidifier in the intestine, creating acidity environment, reduce intestinal diseases, and promote the digestion andabsorption of nutrients.
